Heath's magic with horses comes to the fore again with the performance of Okkie & Sarah Moir from the String Angels at Equitana during the Freestyle Dressage. It is one thing to work a horse yourself - and quite another to train a horse to work with someone else. An awesome job by both Sarah & Okkie (pictures below in training at Ashbrookes Farm)

For more than three decades, the sight of a team of horses working at liberty has been missing from the Australian arena.

Well - now it's back!! Heath has used all of the experience gained in his 40 years as a trainer to mould a fabulous bunch of individual horses into a team that will have you on the edge of your seat with disbelief. Most people have trouble getting their pet dog to be obedient - and here are 5 horses having the time of their life out there in the arena - no saddles, bridles or ropes to control them - they just love performing and it shows.

Above: - The start of something new - Heath's horses can work in many different ways - here they are liberty/roman riding with Christy Connor at Sydney Royal Show 2010.

Each horse has a specialty - bowing, lying down, rearing, jumping - all free at liberty. This act can fill a big arena, and will keep the crowd enthralled as the horses go through their repertoire - and the finale of the show will have them gob smacked!!
